Value Retail own and operate 11 luxury outlet shopping destinations across Europe and China. With over 42 million guests in 2018, they have a very heavy footfall, yet they were missing an engaging and informative online presence.
Due to the nature of their business, and the large number of international visitors, it was vital to not only inform customers about the stores, but to help them navigate to and around the villages, surface value added products and help plan their visit.
The challenge was to build a responsive site that would answer the clients’ needs, within the time and platform constraints. The site needed to be easily adapted across 11 localised markets, and the templates needed to be rigid enough for each market to create, upload and maintain their own content.
Our approach was to create a set of templates and modules that could be easily adapted and repurposed within multiple pages and sections of the website.
